North Fork

Our family could be what some might call campaholics, and i think we could possibly just lease a site at the North Fork campground. OK, so we dont go that much, but we would like too. We convinced our friends, the Tuckers, to go on one of our camping overnighters, and we all had a good time. There is just something about inhaling smoke and eating dirt in my pancakes that i just crave. These are just some cute snap shots we took while we are up there. We didnt do much besides eat, eat and sleep, but thats why i love camping. You cant take life too seriously, no one makes it out alive. Live a little.

So for the holidays we had our friends/family Sean, Holli and the kids come out to our house. It was really fun. We had hobo dinners that were srcumptious, but not quite filling enough so we ordered pizza also. We watched the fireworks from our backyard while roasting smores. Mostly because Kevin tends to be anti social and didnt want to deal with the crowd, but it turned out to be a nice fire loving, smore eating, firework observing evening. We should do it again sometime...

The life of Austin

So our sweet little boy does two things very well. He smiles, and he sleeps. The funny thing is, i cant catch his smile on camera. He has this big gummy smile with a little bit of tounge sticking out that is just adorable, but as soon as i whip out the camera its like an instant stop. Dang smart kids.... One of these days i am going to get a good picture of him smiling. He is also starting to half laugh. He is growing SO fast, i feel like i am missing it...

4th of July

Yeah, i know its like the 22nd of July, but i have been kind of busy and maybe lazy, so i decided to update the blog. Lets start with Independence Day. We went to breakfast at the park, (very expensive, and not very good) Kevin and I decided that next year we are just going to Dennys. At least its good there. Then we went on a hike up the canyon with Austin and his cousin Ransom, and the pups. Kevin loved it, and if you guys know me at all, you know what kind of a time i had... But that night we watched the fireworks at the high school and Austin LOVED them. I swear he didnt blink. He was just wide eyed and oohhing and ahhing. The big booms didnt even bother him. It was So dang cute to see my little famlily watching fireworks.
